We do not accept returns. It is necessary to verify that the product you are requesting is the one you really need. If the order has already been sent, the return cannot be done. The return can only be made if, by mistake, you received a different product than the one requested or if the product is damaged in route to destination. To make the return, it is necessary that you send the following:
a) Send pictures of damaged and / or wrong items and shipping boxes in which they arrived and wait for confirmation from Buena Prensa USA.
b) Once Buena Prensa USA confirms the return of products, send the damaged and / or wrong book(s) to the indicated address by Buena Prensa USA, accompanied by a note and packing label with an explanation of what you requested and what you received.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
